As a Human Resources Manager you will be responsible for leading the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff administering pay benefits and leave and enforcing company policies and practices.
In this position you will use your human resources knowledge as well as your interpersonal and communication skills to:
  • Oversees the daily workflow of the department including the management of the HR Team.
  • Partner with the leadership team to understand and execute the organizations human resource and talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs recruiting retention and succession planning.
  • Provides support and guidance to management and other staff when complex specialized and sensitive questions and issues arise; may be required to administer and execute routine tasks in delicate circumstances such as providing reasonable accommodations investigating allegations of wrongdoing and terminations.
  • Recruit interview and facilitate the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborate with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
  • Implement new hire orientation and employee recognition programs.
  • Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programsincluding but not limited to leaves of absence; disciplinary matters; terminations; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity recognition and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
  • Handle employmentrelated inquiries from applicants employees and supervisors referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.
  • Maintain compliance with federal state and local employment laws and regulations and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.

Are you prepared to be our Human Resources Manager
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field required and
  • A minimum of three years of human resource management experience preferred and
  • SHRMCP/PHR a plus or
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience.
