CARe is focussed on developing new technologies that will change and enhance the customer offering and delivering a new and innovative way to manage the End to End Claims and Repair Experience.

Due to business expansion we are currently seeking a Customer CARe Team Lead to support our sites across Victoria. Dont miss this opportunity to join Australias fastest growing privately owned automotive repair network.

The Customer CARe Team Lead Lead will provide onsite support training and guidance to the Customer CARe Advisors in the region ensuring a seamless consistent and exceptional experience is provided across our network.

About the role:

  • Check sites are following Customer CARe processes and meeting consistent standards
  • Build a team culture where colleagues support each other and work in a harmonious manner
  • Ensure sites have adequate resourcing and coverage
  • Manage recruitment and make hiring decisions and train new and existing team members when required
  • Conduct performance management process
  • Regional subject matter expert for Customer CARe
  • Continuously strive to improve the service provided by Customer CARe Advisors
  • Provide Customer CARe coverage at multiple sites in the region when required

About you:

  • Prior experience within a leadership role that involved coaching and training
  • Current drivers licence and dont mind travelling between sites across Victoria
  • Familiar with vehicle insurance claims and/or prior experience within a vehicle repair workshop (highly advantageous)
  • Intermediate MS Office skills
  • Desire to delight customers and ability manage time effectively
  • Committed to delivering excellence and driving team success
  • Must be a Permanent Resident or have appropriate Australian working rights.
