At the Basel Site the Synthetic Molecules Technical Development (PTDC) area is responsible for the technical development of our Synthetic Molecule pipeline of Drug Substances (DS) and Drug Products (DP) for clinical trials.
The department Operations Support & Compliance (OSC) is in charge of supporting all GMP and nonGMP relevant activities and enabling the development of synthetic molecule pharmaceuticals by providing high quality services to our partners.
Within OSC the section Laboratory Support and Compliance provides key support activities for the analytical laboratories as well as to many internal and external partners who contribute to the development of Synthetic Molecules.
Set up GMP and nonGMP analytical Masterdata in SingleLIMS and ASPIRE e.g. Product Specifications Sample Plan Material Nr. Analysis
Test and establish Stability Master Data setup
Establish connections between existing and future systems and interfaces
Collaborate with PTDC Teams and establish new workflows and processes compliant with the new systems and business needs
As SOPsAuthor elaborate new documents and keep existing documents and working procedures updated
Provide User Training and Support on ASPIRE and SingleLIMS within the PTDC Organisation
Troubleshooting & System adaptation management
Collaborate with Global functions and other departments as needed
Ensure regular communication and networking with other Sites enabling continuous improvement and harmonization
Ensure deputization of colleagues working on Masterdata SingleLIMS and ASPIRE.
You have graduated in a scientific field (e.g. Pharmacy Chemistry Biology) or equivalent skills gained through work experience.
In addition you have a strong affinity and interest in Systems Databases and Compliance combined with a high understanding of business needs and customerorientation.
You are autonomous very reliable and pay high attention to details.
You are an excellent team player.
The following skills are regarded as equally important:
Digital skills affinity for database previous experience in LABware SingleLIMS or ASPIRE is a strong plus
experience in the pharmaceutical industry strong GMPunderstanding you work accurately and pay high attention to details.
You are flexible can prioritize and deliver reliably under pressure
You are autonomous and learn continuously
You are an excellent team player have an high ability for relationshipbuilding collaborate as ONETeam and build your network at the local level as well as at the Global level.
