Nursery Room Leader (Level 3
Salary: Up to 28400
Fulltime 40 hours per week

Our client is a wellestablished nursery with extensive outdoor space wellresourced playrooms and a focus on nutritious and tasty meals. Their team is passionate about creating a safe engaging and stimulating environment where children can learn through play and exploration.

They are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Nursery Room Leader to take the lead in providing highquality early years education. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a nurturing environment and enjoys supporting both children and colleagues to succeed.

What Were Looking For

  • Level 3 Early Years Qualification (or equivalent) essential.
  • Previous experience working in an early years setting ideally in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of child development and the EYFS framework.
  • A nurturing enthusiastic and organised approach to supporting young learners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading the Room Managing the daily operations of your room ensuring a safe and enriching space for children.
  • Planning & Development Creating fun engaging and educational activities in line with the EYFS framework.
  • Team Support Mentoring and guiding practitioners fostering a positive and collaborative team.
  • Parent Partnerships Building strong relationships with families and keeping them informed about their childs progress.
  • Safeguarding & Wellbeing Ensuring the highest standards of care safety and compliance with nursery policies.
