As the Engineering Team Lead youll inspire your team to deliver outstanding software solutions on time and within quality standards. Collaborating with Product Managers and Designers youll transform project requirements into actionable tasks ensuring each step adds value.

Beyond managing projects youll mentor your team guiding their professional growth. Youll champion transparency and teamwork fostering effective communication within your squad and across departments. By driving continuous improvement youll implement best practices and elevate our engineering processes.

Youll monitor project progress manage risks and keep stakeholders informed to ensure alignment. Working with Principal Engineers and other Team Leads youll resolve issues and maintain a cohesive engineering environment. Additionally youll play a vital role in recruitment helping us attract top engineering talent through CV assessments and interviews.

Qualifications :

Were seeking an Engineering Team Lead with substantial senior experience in software development and a proven track record of successfully leading and delivering software projects. Your history in leadership or supervisory roles will be key to driving our teams success.

Youll bring expertise in Agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban and familiarity with tools such as JIRA Git and CI/CD will be essential. Your excellent problemsolving skills will enable you to analyze and resolve complex technical challenges efficiently.

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities are crucial as youll collaborate seamlessly with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders. Additionally your capacity to adapt to a fastpaced dynamic work environment while managing multiple priorities will ensure you thrive in our innovative setting.

Essential Proficiency (Web):

• JavaScript and TypeScript: Expert in writing clientside applications.
• React: Expert and knowledge of Library and ecosystem
• HTML/CSS: Up to date knowledge of all the changes to standard web APIs
• REST APIs: Proficiency in building and consuming REST APIs.
• DevOps and CI/CD: Knowledge of continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines automated testing and infrastructure as code.
• Research & Evaluation: Capability to evaluate new technologies tools and platforms and determine their feasibility for the organisation.
• AWS: Knowledge with AWS technologies.

Desirable Proficiency (Web):

• NextJS: Knowledge of framework and the new app router
• React Server Components: Knowledge of the complexities of server components
