About the role
We are looking for a highimpact autonomous UX leader to shape Joras user experience strategy drive product innovation and implement at pace.
As one of our most senior UX designers on the team you will:
- Define and drive UX strategy ensuring user needs and business priorities are aligned and actionable.
- Work autonomouslyowning your priorities selfmanaging your workload and making critical UX decisions with confidence.
- Balance vision research and executionknowing when to drive innovation and when to focus on fast highquality delivery.
- Deliver at pace ensuring UX is not a bottleneck for product development even on epicscale initiatives.
- Elevate the UX team mentoring and guiding midlevel designers to work more effectively and independently.
- Influence product and engineering teams ensuring UX is a strategic partner in shaping Joras roadmap and .

Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Influence
- Lead UX efforts for highimpact initiatives ensuring designs are scalable accessible and businessaligned.
- Own and evolve UX strategy using data research and experimentation to inform product direction.
- Advocate for usercentred decisionmaking while ensuring UX contributes to business goals and product outcomes.
at Speed & Scale
- Deliver fastworking efficiently in a highvelocity highstakes environment without sacrificing quality.
- Manage UX for epic deliveries balancing research iteration and in parallel.
- Work across multiple platforms (web mobile and new technologies) with a deep understanding of responsive scalable design.
Autonomy & Team Uplift
- Operate independently identifying highvalue UX opportunities and acting on them without waiting for direction.
- Mentor and support midlevel designers helping them become more autonomous and capable.
- Refine UX processes ensuring the team operates at peak efficiency and quality
Qualifications :
Essential Skills and Experience
UX Leadership & Business Alignment
- Seniorlevel UX expertise with a track record of driving strategy and multifunctional collaboration.
- Ability to align UX with business priorities
- Experience working in highgrowth fastmoving environments where UX must move at the speed of business needs.
Autonomy &
- Works independently selfmanaging priorities and proactively identifying highvalue design opportunities.
- Able to deliver highquality UX at pace handling epicscale product deliveries without slowing down .
- Strong decisionmaking skills able to balance quick iterations with thoughtful researchbacked design.
Influence & multifunctional Collaboration
- Influences and collaborates effectively ensuring UX is a key driver of product success.
- Comfortable facilitating workshops discussions and UX alignment with product engineering and business teams.
- Is able to challenge when required standing up for design choices while maintaining a practical and thoughtful approach.
Technical UX Expertise
- Expert in UI/UX design interaction design accessibility and usability best practices.
- Experience designing for web and mobile at scale ensuring consistency and reusability.
- Strong grasp of UX research methodologies using insights to drive improvements.
