Applicants must be within driving distance to one of the following MMA Southeast office locations and able to commute to the office a minimum of three days per week:
Atlanta Northside (Ironwood)
North Atlanta (Alpharetta)
Birmingham AL
Chattanooga TN
Jackson MS
Lexington KY
A day in the life.
As a Claims Account Executive you will:
- Process claims notices in Agency Management System /Document Imaging System and maintain data for accuracy. (RMC Image Right and/or Client RMIS Systems)
- Actively maintain diary and follow up on status of claims as needed.
- Create claim kits and request loss data as needed to address client/team questions and direct stewardship discussions.
- Provide value added services and consultative approach to claims management on behalf of clients and internal team members.
- Assisting clients with responses to Reservation of Rights and other coverage responses.
- Build strong carrier relationships with adjusters and other claims team members to form partnerships that supports both client needs and carrier objectives.
- Participate in the Sales Process with production teams as needed (Explain BI Claim Services & Capabilities)
- Identify recommend and assist with implementation of risk/claims solutions for clients (WC Auto GL D&O EPL etc)
- Facilitating TPA Analysis and Selection Process.
- Providing claims/risk training to client staff.
- Perform other specific claims related duties as assigned.
- Participation in Industry seminars
- Some travel as needed.

Wed love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:
- Minimum 710 years prior insurance experience preferred
- Multiline carrier/TPA risk management or brokerage claim handling experience
- Bachelors degree in related field preferred or equivalent experience
- Agent of Adjuster Licensing
- Wellorganized selfmotivated willingness to learn attention to detail
- Excellent written oral and interpersonal communications skills
- Good verbal presentation skills.
- Computer proficiency with system of records webbased tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook Word Excel Power Point)
- A shared commitment to company values; Integrity Collaboration Passion Innovation Accountability
- Property and Casualty License or willingness to obtain within 90 days required.
