Your Role Matters
As a Sales Manager youll play an important role in delivering on Atriums promise of exceptional hospitality as well as the success of the hotel while delivering memorable experiences for our guests. Your responsibilities will include:
- Drive Revenue & Client Relationships Proactively solicit room revenue upsell opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing and new corporate accounts to achieve sales goals
- Sales Process & Navigate clients through the entire sales process from qualifying and negotiating to closing and detailing group and catering leads
- Service Excellence & Loyalty Ensure seamless handover of business for proper service delivery fostering guest satisfaction and repeat business through exceptional customer interactions
- Strategic Growth & Team Collaboration Develop SMART plans with measurable goals continuously enhance sales techniques and work collaboratively to support hotelwide objectives
- Upholding Atriums SPIRIT Values: Service Perseverance Inclusion Respect Innovation and Teamwork
Experience & Qualifications:
Required:
- Education: High School Diploma
- Experience: Minimum one 1 year experience in customer service or clerical role
Preferred:
- Education: Associates degree in Sales & Marketing related discipline
- Experience: Two 2 or more years in sales and marketing front office or other supervisory position
- Experience with Dephi FDC or CI/TY and Hilton PMS
