Lead & Develop Business Intelligence (BI) projects within the team help in construction of an analytical data layer development of custom BI reporting solutions monitoring & maintain BI platform performance and facilitating selfserve reporting for Regional Business Units (RBU) and Global Business Units (GBU).
Deliver highquality timely contributions to client projects in the life sciences sector. Tasks range from basic analysis and problemsolving to assisting in the creation of more intricate solutions.
Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of various pharmaceutical data assets including IQVIA CRM and MCM data as well as countryspecific variations.
Training and upskilling of Business Units (BUs) to utilize the selfserve layer effectively for report and dashboard.
Assess data requirements for decisionmaking identify suitable data sources ensure data accuracy and implement necessary transformations for informed decisionmaking processes.
Establish metrics within business processes to enable clear measurability and conduct indepth process analyses to pinpoint areas for improvement.
Collaborate with engineering and data platform teams to enhance data availability and reliability.
Support in reviewing and analyzing client requirements or problems contributing to proposal development and client solution strategies.
Create detailed documentation and specifications as well as performing quantitative or qualitative analyses to address client issues.
Contribute to the design structure and delivery of presentations tailored to the audiences characteristics and needs.
Present complete client deliverables within established frameworks and methodologies.
Actively build knowledge of consulting methodologies and the life sciences market through engagement delivery and participation in learning opportunities.
Manage engagementbased responsibilities under the guidance of Senior Consultants/Managers Associate Directors or Directors.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Proficiency in SQL and BI platforms with a preference for Power BI and good to have knowledge of Spotfire. Handson experience in data transformation/ETL data modeling showcasing an advanced understanding of data platforms and ETL processes.
Experienced Power BI developer having hands on experience with creating Reports Dashboard and visualizations including experience in Salesforce/Snowflake/Azure environment.
Experience required in implementing Power BI reports reading data from different data sources including on premise data servers cloud services and several file format.
Competent with Power BI Desktop Gateway Service and Report Server.
Experience in migrating SSRS reports/Tabular reports to Power BI Paginated Reports.
Good understanding of Power Query M and handson experience in building sophisticated DAX queries
Experience in implementing static and dynamic Row Level Security extensive experience with Dataset design Data Cleansing and Data Aggregation
Understanding of relational database structures theories principles and practices
Solid SQL reporting skills with the ability to create SQL views and write SQL queries to build custom datasets for reporting or analysis.
Strong proficiency in Excel PowerPoint and Access with additional knowledge of VBA considered advantageous.
Proven ability to navigate and manage relationships with multiple stakeholders BI engineers Data Engineers Consulting teams and Product Managers effectively.
Capability to discern relevant data for addressing business challenges and adeptness in validating or invalidating hypotheses.
Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
Competence in technical project including proposal writing BRD PDD SDD creation and user documentation development.
Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written.
Previous experience in application or implementation support domains is required.
Overall candidate should have problem solving macrolevel research and analytics approach and good in numbers.
Good to Haves:
Experience on other BI technology (Tableau Looker studio ThoughtSpot or others).
Knowledge of Python / R.
Experience on other Power platform tools (PowerApps and Power Automate).
Hands on experience for development of Canvas App Configuration Canvas App Functions Power Portals Power Automate Power Automate Desktop. Good if there is knowledge in Azure services custom connectors portals AI builder and Virtual Agents. Experience customizing SharePoint lists.
Any Microsoft power platform certification would be an advantage.
Qualifications:
Bachelors or Masters degree in computer science Information Technology or a related field.
68 years of relevant experience is required.

Proficient in time management and Scrum methodologies.
