Job Description

Account Executive Bluebeam

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Bluebeamfocused account Executive to join our dynamic sales team. In this role you will be responsible for driving sales and strategic Bluebeam growth across all industries within IMAGINiT. Your primary objective will be to build strong customer relationships identify business opportunities and deliver valuedriven solutions tailored to customers needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Account Management:
    • Develop and execute a sales strategy to identify engage and close deals with organizations in targeted industries.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decisionmakers ensuring a deep understanding of their needs and business objectives.
  • Solution Selling:
    • Understand customer workflows challenges and objectives to recommend the best Bluebeam solutions tailored to their needs.
    • Conduct meetings highlighting the value of IMAGINiT and Bluebeam solutions.
    • Deliver engaging product presentations that showcase the capabilities of Bluebeam Revu and Studio.
  • Market Development:
    • Stay updated on industry trends competitor offerings and customer pain points to position Bluebeam solutions effectively.
    • Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns and events.
  • Collaboration:
    • Work closely with IMAGINiT and Bluebeam technical teams to deliver customized solutions and proofs of concept.
    • Partner with Bluebeam other partners and internal stakeholders to maximize market penetration.
  • Revenue Generation:
    • Achieve and exceed sales targets by driving adoption and upselling solutions within existing and prospect accounts.
    • Negotiate pricing and terms to close highvalue deals

 

     


    Qualifications :

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Bachelors degree in business engineering architecture construction management or a related field (or equivalent experience)
    • Proven track record of success in sales preferably within the software or technology sector.
    • Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to build and maintain longterm customer relationships.
    • Ability to understand complex technical workflows and present solutions effectively.
    • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce is a plus.

    Key Competencies:

    • Goaloriented with strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets
    • Analytical thinker with the ability to assess client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
    • Team player with the ability to work collaboratively across departments/teams.
    • Selfmotivated and adaptable to a fastpaced sales environment.

    Compensation

    • Year 1 Total Compensation (base salary commissions) Range: $75000 $200000 plus.
