Senior VAS Specialist - Green Qube Services

We are currently looking for a Senior VAS Specialist to join our team a proactive professional who thrives on solving complex challenges and independently driving improvements in VAS operations. This role is vital in ensuring the flawless of repacking transport coordination and Bill of Materials management while keeping a close eye on compliance and quality standards aligned with market and legal requirements.

Your Role at West Coast

As a Senior VAS Specialist you will work independently and have broad decisionmaking authority across VAS operations. You will take ownership of endtoend order flow processes ensuring everything runs smoothly from warehouse to customer. A big part of your role involves identifying inefficiencies and leading optimization initiatives continuously improving the way we work. You will be the goto expert for colleagues and stakeholders when it comes to supplier management compliance frameworks and the operational impact of entering new markets. In addition youll take the lead on small crossfunctional projects working with teams across logistics finance and supply chain. Your ability to think ahead act autonomously and maintain high operational standards will directly impact our success in delivering reliable highquality service.

What Youll Do

• Oversee endtoend VAS processes ensuring efficiency quality and compliance.

• Independently manage order planning supplier contracts and operational forecasting.

• Serve as the key decisionmaker for operational challenges and supplier escalations.

• Lead process optimization cost management and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Monitor and report on service quality financial KPIs and SLAs identifying and implementing improvements.

• Provide expert advice on legal regulatory and quality compliance in trade and packaging.

• Lead multiple projects aimed at optimizing logistics and supply chain workflows.

• Establish and monitor SLAs with transporters working closely with internal stakeholders.

What You Bring

• MBO Level 4 education (logistics background preferred)
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in VAS or supply chain operations
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes and compliance
• Certification: Straight Connector 1 Shape (or equivalent)
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative in complex environments
