LICIQ s una de les principals institucions del mn reconegudes internacionalment en el camp de la qumica compromesa amb la resoluci de grans reptes socials i econmics mitjanant la realitzaci dinvestigaci de mxima qualitat en tres rees principals: Catlisi Sostenible Energia Renovable i Salut. Linstitut tamb t com a objectiu formar la futura generaci de cientfics oferint programes educatius dalta qualitat a estudiants de mster doctorands i investigadors postdoctorals (Tots els detalls a busca un Responsable Financer/a Adjunt. El/La Responsable Financer/a Adjunt ser responsable de desenvolupar i implementar lautomatitzaci i digitalitzaci dels diferents processos administratius que es duen a terme a la Fundaci. Tamb donar suport al departament financer en la elaboraci dels diferents reports i auditories necessries per a la correcta gesti de la Entitat.
Responsabilitats:
Liderar coordinar desenvolupar i implementar lautomatitzaci i digitalitzaci dels diferents processos administratius.
Liderar la millora de leficincia dels circuits administratius i promoure loptimitzaci dels mateixos.
Incentivar la transformaci digital dissenyar lautomatitzaci de tasques rutinries amb RPA (Robotic Process Automation).
Preparar regularment els informes Financers que li siguin encomanats
Atendre les auditories econmiques
Millorar el circuit de tasques entre les diferents unitats de que conformen lorganigrama de lICIQ
Auditar les Matrius de tasques i quantificar la crrega de treball.
Requisits Mnims:
Llicenciat en ADE o equivalent.
Coneixements dentorns ERP o similar
Coneixements en Comptabilitat Pblica
Coneixements en Fiscalitat IVA IRPF No Residents Intrastat Intracomunitari en especial consideraci a lIVA en recerca i en operacions internacionals.
Coneixements avanats en Excel i resta de aplicacions del Microsoft 365 Teams One note Sharepoint.
Habilitats en el angls de conversa
Qualitats valorades:
Experincia en Fundaci del Sector Pblic especialment dedicada a la Recerca i Innovaci o en Administraci Pblica.
Habilitat en conducci de grups de millora i treballar en equip de forma transversal.
Habilitat per motivar equips i per incentivar millores de processos.
Experincia en digitalitzar i establir processos eficients.
Iniciativa per a la resoluci de problemes.

Lead coordinate develop and implement the automation and digitalisation of the different administrative processes.
To lead the improvement of the efficiency of administrative circuits and to promote their optimisation.
Encourage digital transformation design the automation of routine tasks with RPA (Robotic Process Automation).
Regularly prepare the Financial reports entrusted to it.
Attend to economic audits.
To improve the circuit of tasks between the different units that make up the ICIQ organizational chart.
Audit the Task Matrices and quantify the workload.
Requirements:
Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
Knowledge of ERP environments or similar.
Knowledge of Public Accounting.
Knowledge of Taxation VAT Personal Income Tax NonResidents Intrastat IntraCommunity with a special focus on VAT in research and international operations.
Advanced knowledge in Excel and other applications of Microsoft 365 Teams One note Sharepoint.
Conversational English skills.
Valued qualities:
Experience in Public Sector Foundations especially dedicated to Research and Innovation or in Public Administration.
Ability to lead improvement groups and work in a team in a transversal way.

Selection Process
ICIQs selection process usually entails the following phases:
