Introduction

Carpentaria is recruiting for a Workforce Support Supervisor to lead their small workforce support team in the development and maintenance of program rosters to ensure operational efficiency cost effectiveness happy participants and happy staff!

About the role

The Workforce Support Supervisor is responsible for leading the workforce support team in rostering staff to ensure efficient and appropriate highlevel service delivery that is costeffective and meets participant needs

Responsibilities include:

  • Oversee the development and maintenance of master rosters that are operationally efficient costeffective and compliant with relevant industrial and legislative requirements
  • Supervising and leading the Workforce Support team by mentoring and providing guidance
  • Ensure the fair and equitable distribution of shifts in line with theSCHADS Award and Carpentaria Enterprise Agreement
  • Provide highlevel advice and reporting to the Operations Director on workforce management matters including resource allocation and capacity planning

About you

We are looking for someone who is passionate and experienced in staff rostering ideally in disability services with high level organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and effectively manage workload to meet deadlines and achieve results.

You will also need to hold (or have the ability to obtain) a current Ochre Card Criminal History Check NDIS Worker Screening Clearance First Aid certificate and an NT DriversLicence.
