Job Summary
The Department of Management at the University of Kentuckys Gatton College of Business and Economics seeks to fill one fulltime nontenure eligible Lecturer position beginning August 1 2025 in the area of entrepreneurship. This is a ninemonth assignment to initially span two academic years and is renewable. The minimum academic requirements for this position are either a Ph.D. in management (or related field) or a masters degree with 10 or more years of relevant industry experience. This lecturer position normally involves teaching four courses per semester at the undergrad and/or masters level with additional opportunities to teach in our executive education programs. Teaching responsibilities include entrepreneurship courses at the undergraduate and graduate level. Depending on a candidates experience and interests the position may also involve other duties such as curriculumbuilding program management and/or coaching students. In addition to the fastgrowing undergraduate program the Management Department also contributes courses to the Colleges MBA programs offers a Master of Science in Strategic Human Resource Management and Analytics and has a strong doctoral program.
