Key job responsibilities
Architecting implementing and launching LLMpowered advertising experiences and ad tech components within a sophisticated multitiered distributed ecosystem
Developing scalable faulttolerant systems to power our ad offerings and deliver exceptional experiences for customers
Optimizing ad serving and delivery pipelines for low latency and high throughput
Integrating with various data sources ad exchanges and other thirdparty systems to enable seamless ad monetization
Implementing advanced analytics monitoring and reporting capabilities to provide datadriven insights
Continuously improving system performance reliability and security through rigorous testing and optimization
Collaborating crossfunctionally with product managers data scientists and other engineers to identify and solve complex engineering challenges

3 years of noninternship professional software development experience
2 years of noninternship design or architecture (design patterns reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
Experience programming with at least one software programming language

3 years of full software development life cycle including coding standards code reviews source control management build processes testing and operations experience
Bachelors degree in computer science or equivalent

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $129300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $223600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
