London Borough of Waltham Forest (LBWF) are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated person to join our Organisational and Development Team. As an Organisational Development Apprentice you will play a vital role in supporting our daily operations and ensuring smooth administrative processes. This handson training opportunity will provide you with valuable and varied experiences in various aspects of the Workforce and Culture Service allowing you to develop essential skills and contribute to the growth of our dynamic team.

You will be reporting into the Apprenticeships Manager you will gain the technical knowledge and skills you need to succeed through a combination of practical experience and formal training. You can expect onthejob training formal development opportunities and dedicated mentoring

You will join a Level 3 apprenticeship course that you will attend every week. The length of the course is typically 23 months. Successful completion of the course will result in the award of a Level 3 Learning and Development Apprenticeship

Over the course of the programme you will learn the important knowledge Skills and Behaviours you need to know to be successful in the workplace. Discretion Confidentiality and the ability to demonstrate a high level of flexibility regarding working schedules are key skills for this role.

The Organisational Development Apprentice will be involved in the following duties but not limited to support the team to deliver successful interventions to attract develop and retain talented individuals:
