Requirements:
Develop/Implement the global/division agreed Indirect Procurement (IP) strategies processes and procedures and ensure compliance by the subsidiaries.
Proactive communication and alignment with business stakeholders and prioritization of their requests so as to ensure their purchase requirements are met in a timely manner and/or they fully understand existing IP sourcing strategies.
Perform periodic spend analysis via PSA and market research for local or EU projects.
Utilize eSourcing tool to execute competitive bid (RFP RFI RFQ or reverse auction).
Interact with the Procurement professionals throughout CP and external organizations/resources to leverage best practices and ensure consistent implementation of global strategies.
Monitor market trends and suppliers capabilities. Drive supplier innovation via SRM innovation meetin;gs and programs.
Organize and facilitate periodic meetings with key stakeholders to review status/plans/issues with ongoing spends strategies and all new requirements.
Develop expertise with and utilize effectively all key Procurement Systems/Tools: eBuy eSourcing PSA MDM(supplier creation/maintenance) Procurement Operations MDM Contract Development.
Ensure suppliers agree to our policies and processes (eg. risk mgmt. protocols payment terms supplier portal eInvoicing etc).
Basic qualifications:
A University Degree.
57 years of relevant experience in Purchasing and Procurement.
English fluency.
Experience in international projects.
Expected skills and abilities:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Autonomous results oriented promoting teamwork problem solving.
Strong time management skills.
Proven track record in delivering cost savings and process improvements.
Analytical skills.
