Those in intelligent automation at PwC will focus on conducting process mining designing next generation small and largescale automation solutions and implementing intelligent process automation robotic process automation and digital workflow solutions to help clients achieve operational efficiencies and reduce costs.

A career within the Power Platform Practice will provide you with the opportunity to assist leading organizations develop and implement strategies that transform their technology capabilities and solve their most critical business challenges using a Lowcode platform. We take a cloud first approach when building assets and delivering technology with an agile operating model. With a focus on Lowcode platforms and AI you will collaborate with our internal teams and customers to develop business applications automate workflows implement hybrid solutions and utilize cloud and AI services to support and scale critical business needs.

The Power Platform team is a fastpaced highly technical team focused on delivering business outcomes using lowcode and hybrid technologies. As a Power Platform developer you will collaborate with a team of problem solvers leveraging Power Platform and emerging cloud technology and services to solve complex business challenges. As such the daytoday responsibilities will continue to evolve however in general the following represents how you will spend your time on the team.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Customer Success

• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable Power Platform solutions.
• Deliver exceptional user experiences by developing intuitive userfriendly applications and workflows tailored to customer needs.
• Provide training and support to endusers ensuring successful adoption of solutions.
• Gather feedback from stakeholders to iterate and improve existing solutions ensuring alignment with evolving business goals.
• Knowledge and experience of other low code platforms (e.g. UiPath Automation Anywhere) would be beneficial.

Implementation Innovation (building) and Learning

• Design develop and deploy Power Apps (Canvas and Modeldriven apps) Power Pages and Dataverse as appropriate to address business challenges.
• Automate workflows and processes using Power Automate integrating with thirdparty systems and APIs as needed.
• Understanding of Copilot Agents and Agentic AI solutions their functionality and the capability to swiftly learn and develop Agentic AI solutions.
• Sufficient knowledge to develop and deliver insightful dashboards and reports using Power BI to empower datadriven decisionmaking.
• Build and maintain secure scalable and efficient data models using Dataverse or other data sources.
• Conduct thorough testing debugging and quality assurance to ensure solutions meet functional and performance standards.
• Adhere to best practices in Power Platform development including governance documentation and version control.
• Assist in integrating Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft 365 services (e.g. SharePoint Teams Dynamics 365 and external systems.
• Take an always learning approach to your role continuing to advance your skills and knowledge in lowcode platforms; be an out of the box thinker; look for opportunities to learn new software and technology.
• Maintain uptodate knowledge on Microsoft offerings Power Platform and other low code technologies.
• Obtain and maintain relevant certifications as needed for the Power Platform Practice
• Collaborate with your team members and contribute as a technical team member ensuring implementations are well aligned with the overall architecture.
• Contribute to the build of reusable and repeatable lowcode implementation patterns and artifacts that the practice can bring to market.

Technical experience in some of the following areas:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform including Power Apps Power Automate Power Pages Copilot Agents Power BI and Dataverse.
• Experience designing and implementing Canvas and Modeldriven Power Apps.
• Strong knowledge of Power Automate for workflow automation and integrations with REST APIs thirdparty services and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Handson experience with Power BI including data modeling DAX and visualization best practices.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dataverse SQL or other data storage solutions.
• Knowledge of security and compliance within Power Platform including rolebased access control and data loss prevention policies.
• Basic understanding of JavaScript JSON HTML or other web technologies for customizing and extending Power Platform solutions.
• Experience integrating Power Platform with Dynamics 365 SharePoint or Teams is a plus.
• Knowledge of Azure services (e.g. Azure Functions Logic Apps) other low code tools like UiPath Automation Anywhere is a bonus.
