Are you passionate about building worldclass customer experiences that serve hundreds of millions of customers daily Amazon is seeking an exceptional Director of Product Management to lead the strategy and for core features of Amazons Product Detail Page one of the most visited and critical pages on the internet.
Key job responsibilities
* Drive product vision strategy and roadmap for critical Detail Page features
* Lead crossfunctional teams to deliver customer centric innovations
* Own key business metrics including conversion customer satisfaction and revenue
* Partner with senior leadership to align Detail Page strategy with broader Amazon goals
* Drive technical architecture decisions that impact hundreds of millions of customers
* Mentor and develop Sr. product and technical talent
* 15 years of product management experience
* 10 years of people management experience including managing managers
* Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field
* Track record of delivering results in largescale consumerfacing products
* MBA or Masters degree
* Experience with hightraffic ecommerce platforms
* Strong technical background with system design experience
* Proven track record of innovation and product development
* Excellence in stakeholder management and executive communication
* Experience managing geographically distributed teams

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $237500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $350000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity signon payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
