The Opportunity: The purpose of this role is to provide support to internal and external customers by handling lowtomedium cost and complexity claims file inquiries evaluating and auditing claims escalating issues when needed and maintaining accurate documentation to align with corporate objectives and contribute to departmental success.
- Location: Greensboro North Carolina
- Work Arrangement: This role is hybrid where you will be expected to be in the office 23 days per weekMF 37.5 hours
- The salary range for this role is between $23.75$35.50 an hour
Your new role
- Provide claims customer service support by analyzing and responding to lowtomedium cost and complexity claims inquiries escalating issues as needed.
- Gather and evaluate relevant information for claims maintaining accurate documentation and resolving outstanding issues to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
- Support internal and external customers by analyzing claims files to identify leakages and compliance issues in the claims process.
- Follow established guidelines and identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance claims handling.
- Communicate claims file status and details with relevant stakeholders to support effective customer service delivery.
- Assist with audits for specialty crops and higher dollar claims investigating concerns to ensure policy compliance.
- Participate in analyst onboarding by sharing technical knowledge and training new team members.
- Cultivate claims support skills and knowledge through peer advice crosstraining and personal development.
Required Qualifications
- Secondary school certification.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Preferred Work Experience
- Experience with crop insurance.
- Experience with claim processing.

Compensation Package:
The salary range for this role is provided above. This is the national range for location(s) listed. The salary offer will be decided based on the roles complexity its location and the candidates professional background including their education and experience. Beyond the base salary regular fulltime and parttime employees will also be eligible for QBEs annual discretionary bonus plan based on business and individual encourage all candidates to apply even if their salary expectations fall outside of this range as we are committed to finding the right fit for our team.
