Key Responsibilities
This role will involve supporting growth initiatives for a variety of clients across diverse industries.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in market research market entry strategies GTM (GotoMarket) planning and business advisory assignments helping organizations make informed strategic decisions.
Analyze client requirements to identify key business objectives and research needs.
Conduct primary and secondary market research to deliver actionable insights and recommendations.
Develop market size estimation models forecasts and peer/industry benchmarking reports.
Synthesize complex data into wellstructured and visually engaging reports.
Prepare strategic presentations and research reports independently or collaboratively with the team.
Act as a Subject Matter Expert in client meetings to demonstrate expertise in B2B market research and GTM strategy.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop quality marketing collateral including case studies and white papers.
Manage client relationships and project delivery ensuring highquality deliverables aligned with client expectations.
Engage directly with senior stakeholders (CXOs division heads) to present findings and strategic recommendations.
Lead mentor and guide the team by providing ongoing coaching and constructive feedback.
Key Requirements
Postgraduate degree in business management economics or related fields.
Minimum 10 years of experience in market research business advisory and GTM strategy consulting.
Experience with B2B assignments including market entry competitive intelligence and diversification strategies.
Familiarity with data analytics tools such as Power BI R and Python is an advantage.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize complex data into meaningful insights.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Proven leadership and project management capabilities.
Ability to balance bigpicture thinking with meticulous attention to detail.
