As our Senior Marketing Manager focusing on Internal Communications and Employee Experience youll be the creative force behind our employee narrative building compelling stories that connect our teams across the world and drive our culture forward.
In this role youll architect our internal communications strategy and shape our employee experience from day one through ongoing career development. Your work will directly impact how our employees and support teams understand connect with and contribute to our mission while ensuring they have the tools and knowledge to grow within our organization.
Internal Communications Leadership:
Youll own our endtoend internal communications strategy revolutionizing how knowledge and best practices are shared across our global Hub Delivery network. By developing sophisticated communication frameworks youll elevate the quality of information sharing at all levels of the organization. Your carefully crafted editorial calendar and content strategy will transform complex operational insights into clear actionable narratives that resonate with both frontline teams and senior leadership.
Your focus will be on creating seamless knowledgesharing pathways between regions functions and teams. Youll establish communication standards and templates that enable leaders and teams to articulate their messages more effectively ensuring consistency and clarity across all internal channels. By implementing innovative communication tools and platforms youll break down silos and facilitate crossfunctional collaboration making it easier for teams to learn from each others successes and challenges.
A key aspect of your role will be democratizing communications expertise across the organization. Youll coach leaders and teams on effective communication practices helping them craft compelling messages that drive engagement and understanding. Through workshops toolkits and oneonone guidance youll build a community of confident communicators who can effectively share their stories and insights.

Your influence will extend beyond communications to shape the entire employee journey. Youll partner with crossfunctional teams to create a cohesive and engaging experience from onboarding through ongoing career development.

Strategic Marketing Initiatives:
Your marketing expertise will drive global employee engagement campaigns that strengthen our culture through creative storytelling. Youll leverage various digital platforms to share employee success stories and operational innovations creating content that resonates with our diverse workforce. As a key partner to our leadership team youll provide executive communications support crafting messages that inspire and align our teams. Youll also lead the strategy and of virtual and inperson employee events that build community and reinforce our culture.

6 years of professional noninternship marketing experience
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation macros charts and pivot tables)
Experience building executing and scaling crossfunctional marketing programs
Experience leading gotomarket for consumer software or hardware product launches
Experience using any of SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis
Experience with customer segmentation profiling and targeting

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $128600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $212600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
