For more information please visit: are looking for young motivated engineers passionate about railway technologies eager to enter the world of ETCS/ERTMS Testing and Validation. If you are a dynamic person with strong problemsolving skills and an excellent teamworking attitude this is the right opportunity for you!
You will be responsible for testing ETCS system functionalities including the following activities:
- Defining the test plan identifying tests to be performed in the laboratory and onsite;
- Configuring test tools and the ETCS system both in the laboratory and onsite to ensure proper of testing activities;
- Conducting software testing sessions and processes working closely with other test engineers from laboratory testing to field testing;
- Applying standard Verification & Validation (V&V) methods and tools following configuration and change management processes in compliance with Alstom standards;
- Executing tests for software and data V&V delivering the required test reports for the ETCS system acceptance phase;
- Testing and commissioning ERTMS ensuring compliance with safety and functional standards during the system acceptance phase;
- Supporting the customer acceptance phase including customer laboratory configuration test assistance and onsite activities.
