Job Description
Associates are responsible for supporting analyses under the guidance of other professionals from initial kickoff through preparation of deliverables including presentations and reports. Specific project responsibilities include the support of and/or direct of the following:
Key Responsibilities:
Associate level responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Create maintain and analyze financial models and databases.
- Reviewing estimates & cost reports
- Preparing project status presentations & update reports
- Review organize and analyze documents
- Compile detailed research fact finding and analysis
- Damages quantification
- Analysis of complex commercial construction project schedules
- Perform quality control review and proper documentation of work product
- Perform all other duties as assigned by your supervisor or manager.
Qualifications :
Applicants must have degree in one of the following concentrations with 03 years of industry experience: Economics Finance Accounting Mechanical Civil Architectural Engineering or Construction Science
Preferred Skills:
- Strong quantitative analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Creative problemsolving ability.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to balance multiple priorities.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft applications such as Excel Word and PowerPoint.
- Experience with project scheduling tools (Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project) is a plus but not required.
- Detail oriented.
- Must be willing to travel and work overtime as needed.
