Job Description
- Ensures the monitoring and proper functioning of IT systems and existing equipment to enable end users to perform their tasks;
- Provides IT support and ensures helpdesk functionality for end users and business colleagues;
- Provides IT support for installing/reinstalling operating systems software programs (Microsoft Office various businessspecific programs) network printers/multifunctionals;
- Windows 10 configurations Routers;
- Google Workspace / Admin;
- Active Directory;
- Okta; DVR & NVR;
- Knowledge of mobile device management platforms;
- Proactive IT maintenance (preventing certain situations that may arise backup policy backup configuration);
- Diagnosing and replacing faulty components in laptops;
- Knowledge of ticketing/inventory systems;
- Is constantly interested in understanding in depth the activities carried out within the company how they can be supported and developed through IT&C solutions;
Qualifications :
- Higher education;
- Technical knowledge related to PC operating systems;
- Technical knowledge related to networks computers protocols and standards;
- Very good knowledge of English;
- At least 3 years of experience in the IT field;
- Good interpersonal skills eager to get involved and provide support;
- Likes to work in a team but also independently when necessary;
- Selftaught solves problems independently but also knows when to ask for help from others when needed;
