Job Description
The Placement officer position is a parttime 0.8FTE opportunity based at the Logan campus supporting Nursing and Midwifery disciplines to deliver the placements. It is anticipated that the successful candidate will undertake a range of administrative tasks relating to placements.
The role will be part of the Clinical Placement Office and will work closely with both professional and academic staff from the Nursing and Midwifery disciplines under the guidance of the Placement Team Leader.
Salary Range
The full time equivalent base salary will be HEW Level 5 range $79705 $89416 per annum 17 superannuation. The total FTE package will be in the range $93254 $104616 per annum.
Qualifications :
We are seeking a team member who is motivated highly organised and experienced administrators/placement officers who thrive in a dynamic fast paced work environment. Ability to work in a team high attention to detail and intermediate to advanced software skills are required. Placement experience would be beneficial.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Providing administrative support for studentplacementincluding the allocation coordination and/or management ofplacementprograms.
- Utilisingplacementsoftware to manage the ongoingplacementrequirements and accurate reporting as needed.
- Attendingmeetings of relevance to the role including placement officer meetings at the School and Health Group disciplinespecific meetings for Nursing and Midwifery as required.
