Job Description
As the Head of GTM Operations Chile you will be responsible for leading our business strategy driving operational excellence and fostering strong external relationships to ensure market success.
How Youll Contribute:
Strategic Leadership
- Lead the strategic planning process ensuring longterm goals and objectives are met.
- Monitor the companys performance against set objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Adapt the companys strategy in response to market trends and business environment changes.
Executive Management
- Oversee and evaluate team performance ensuring operational efficiency.
- Optimize financial human and material resource allocation.
- Promote a strong organizational culture based on ethics transparency innovation and excellence.
- Make strategic decisions that impact the companys future growth and sustainability.
External Representation
- Represent the company in dealings with clientsgovernment agencies media and other stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key partners suppliers and industry organizations.
- Participate in relevant industry events and forums to strengthen market positioning.
- Safeguard the companys image and reputation in the Chilean market.
Corporate Governance
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws regulations and internal corporate governance policies.
- Implement best practices that promote transparency ethics and corporate responsibility.
Qualifications :
What Were Looking For:
- 45 years of experience in a leadership or strategic role preferably in the healthcare technology or SaaS sectors.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data and develop actionable insights.
- Proven ability to drive business growth and execute successful gotomarket strategies.
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationshipbuilding skills with experience collaborating with crossfunctional teams.
- Strong communication skills in Spanish and English (both written and oral) including exceptional presentation and reporting abilities.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a solutionoriented approach and experience in fastpaced highgrowth environments.
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Background in business administration economics or engineering.
- Experience in management consulting startups or digital health.
- Knowledge of the Chilean healthcare or SaaS market.
Location: we can hire hybrid in Curitiba Rio de Janeiro or Sao Paulo Brazil.
