What Youll Do
As a Recruiter you will:
- Manage fullcycle recruitment for internal company positions from sourcing to offer.
- Partner with leadership and Human Resource Business Partners (HRBPs) to understand workforce needs.
- Source and attract candidates through job postings LinkedIn employee referrals and career fairs.
- Screen and interview candidates ensuring a strong cultural and skill fit.
- Coordinate interview schedules and hiring processes with internal teams.
- Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment metrics.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for future hiring needs.
- Advise leadership on recruitment best practices and market insights.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract highcaliber professionals.
- Analyze hiring data industry trends and competitor insights to refine recruitment strategies.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as timetofill cost to hire and candidate retention rates.
- Effectively manage relationships with external recruitment agencies ensuring alignment with company hiring needs budget and quality standards.
- Act as the primary liaison between internal hiring teams and agency recruiters ensuring seamless communication process efficiency and successful candidate placements.
What You Bring
- Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management Psychology Business Management or a related field and 7 years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 4 years of inhouse recruiting experience where you developed strong relationships with hiring managers and managed multiple roles across various departments.
- Experience hiring field sales professionals across the United States and Corporate professionals within the orthopedic industry strongly desired.
- Proficiency in ATS platforms and recruitment analytics tools required; previous experience with UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) and LinkedIn Recruiter highly desired.
- Strong technical proficiency in MS Outlook Word Excel and PowerPoint along with strong web browsing and internet research capabilities.
- Strong decisionmaking and problemsolving skills with the ability to influence hiring decisions effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently take initiative and maintain accountability.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while remaining calm and professional.
- Ability to maintain consistent regular attendance and punctuality.

- Position will include variable start/end times outside of the companys standard business hours of 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m due to nation wide responsibilities.
Compensation
Salary Range: $100000 $115000 base salary. Actual compensation is determined by factors such as experience skills and business needs. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target range for new hire base salary/pay across all US locations. Actual pay is based on many factors unique to each candidate including but not limited to geographical location work experience skill set relevant trainings and certifications and business needs. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role is also be eligible for annual bonus.
