Your Job

- Establishing a team of technical experts (e.g. DevOps or Operation Experts) to drive product realisation
- Developing a working environment that motivates the team encourages collaboration as well as facilitating chapter meetings and knowledge sharing
- Establishing improving and harmonising chapter assets and governance in line with the chapters purpose
- Assuming responsibility for hiring new employees and managing their workload as well as planning the chapter budget
- Leading managing and developing chapter members
- Promoting the agile mindset and acting as an agile change agent
Your Profile
What you bring with you.
- Extensive experience in the field of Development DevOps or Operations
- Excellent skills in managing developing and motivating teams and individuals
- High degree of selfawareness and reflection
- Understanding of agile leadership principles and experience in leading coaching and mentoring
- Very good networking presentation and communication skills as well as a very good command of English
Desirable extras.
- Solid understanding of ALDIs business dynamics and processes
- Knowledge of the business area buying
