Job Description

IQVIA is searching for an experienced Clinical Product Specialist based in Poland on behalf of our client a growing medical devices company with a presence in over 90 countries. The company holds leading market positions in various categories including digestive health equipment and consumables for intensive care settings pain management products that reduce postsurgical and other types of pain without opioids and cold and compression therapies used for recovery from surgery and by professional athletes including some of the worlds most famous footballers.

In this role you will:

  • Work closely with healthcare professionals clinical teams patients and distributor partners to implement therapies in the region ensuring effective product utilization and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Provide onsite clinical support during live procedures conduct training sessions for healthcare professionals and deliver impactful product presentations.
  • Collaborate with Key Opinion Leaders and distributor partners to drive market adoption and support business growth.

This newly created fieldbased role requires:

  • Frequent travel within Poland and when necessary to other Eastern European countries to engage with stakeholders assist in hospital visits and contribute to strategic initiatives aimed at expanding therapy awareness and clinical excellence.

Key Qualifications:

Proficiency in English Excellent verbal and written communication skills ensuring effective collaboration in an international environment.

Product Presentation Expertise Demonstrated ability to deliver compelling and informative presentations to healthcare professionals and distributor partners.

Clinical Support & Procedural Assistance Extensive experience providing onsite clinical support during live procedures and hospital engagements ensuring optimal product application and patient outcomes.

Strategic KoL & Distributor Engagement Proven capability in building and maintaining strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KoLs) and distributor partners to drive strategic initiatives and sales growth.

Educational Background Bachelors degree in nursing healthcare life sciences medical technology or a related discipline.

Healthcare Market Expertise Indepth understanding of the Eastern European healthcare landscape including medical regulations hospital workflows and clinical best practices.

Multilingual Proficiency (Preferred) Fluency in Polish and English is mandatory; additional language skills in Croatian Czech Hungarian or other regional languages are advantageous.

Customer & Sales Support Experience Strong track record of collaborating with sales teams and fostering longterm client relationships to enhance business development.

Flexibility & Willingness to Travel Ability to travel frequently within the region to provide training case support and business development activities.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop relationships with key customers into lasting business partnerships.
  • Achieve sales plans on a quarterly and annual basis.
  • Assist customers (HCPs and distributor partners) with training clinical and technical inquiries.
  • Plan and implement business strategies throughout the area of responsibility (Eastern Europe).
  • Develop new business opportunities and identify new client and market potential.
  • Systematically collect interpret and present market and competitor information.
  • Implement new product launches and other corporate activities in the area of responsibility.
  • Attend relevant local and international conferences and meetings.
