Job Overview
We are seeking a midlevel Closing Real Estate professional to join our dynamic team at INVESTIN REALITY LLP. The position is fulltime and based in Andheri Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience in the real estate sector with strong skills in negotiation communication and problemsolvingconsidered mandatory for this role.
Qualifications and Skills
- Must possess a strong understanding of real estate law to ensure legal compliance in all transactions.
- Proficient in title examination capable of verifying the ownership and legal standing of properties.
- Demonstrated experience in escrow management responsible for overseeing financial transactions and ensuring secure transfers.
- Exceptional negotiation skills (Mandatory skill) essential for facilitating effective transactions and agreements.
- Outstanding communication skills (Mandatory skill) to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Advanced problemsolving skills (Mandatory skill) to identify and resolve issues that may arise during the closing process.
- Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and completeness of all documentation and processes.
- Strong customer service ethos to maintain positive client relationships and provide toptier service.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct final reviews of property sales contracts and negotiation points to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate with various parties involved in the transaction including buyers sellers and legal advisors to facilitate seamless closings.
- Manage and resolve issues pertaining to title loan and escrow to ensure successful completion of transactions.
- Maintain uptodate knowledge of real estate laws and regulations to guide clients appropriately.
- Oversee and execute the final steps of the transaction process ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
- Provide expert advice and market insights to clients on potential opportunities and challenges.
- Regularly update and communicate with clients keeping them informed of transaction progress and any changes.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to enhance client experience and optimize closing strategies.
