As an Early Talent Program Manager you will be at the forefront of elevating the new graduate experience playing a key role in driving engagement and building community amongst our early talent programs. Your focus will be on designing and delivering programming to our Technology Associates (new grads) that accelerates technical expertise career development and future leadership potential. Your scope will cover all aspects of the Technology New Grad Rotational Program (START) and new graduates in Canada and the United States (as well as the coops and interns that feed the program) and your objective is to lead the development of these new graduates so that they can become our leaders and technologist of tomorrow. This will include pieces like the orientation and onboarding experience for the Coop/Intern and New Graduate program in both regions as well as centralizing skills training formalizing a mentorship program and coordinating networking events that give students and new graduates exposure to crossfunctional business units and the technology leadership team.
Position Responsibilities:
You will be expected to work closely with campus recruiters and committees for recruitment events as well as lead the interview process.
Youll manage the program budget working alongside Early Talent leadership and our key partners in Technology.
You will be responsible for assessing the talent leveraging KPIs placing students and determining new graduate rotational opportunities as well as helping to place students when they graduate from the program.
Collaborate and connect with the technology and business teams to assess what skills are needed 2 years from now and build a recruitment strategy to hire for some of those skills.
Required Qualifications:
This role isnt for everyone we need someone who is so futurelooking its scary! Someone who is embedded not just in the program but also in the Technology team so that they know what is going on and have close connectivity to all of the CIOs and their teams. Without the curiosity needed to really want to know the tech space and what our teams are up to you cant thrive in this role. And to go along with this deep curiosity you need to be able to hold managers accountable have a voice for change and a desire to do the right thing. You are a natural connector who is passionate about peoples development and have the energy to lead hungry new graduates and want to push us to be our best. You should also be a strong advocate for the program and the graduates.
In addition to the above we also require the following:
Bachelors degree (ideally in Business HR or Technology).
Proven success in a fastpaced global organization as well as otherworldly organizational skills for planning program management relationship management and keeping all of your associates on track.
You must be a big thinker who can work in a group but also autonomously at times and who can commit to a degree of travel (about 10 for student events.
The ideal candidate can be in Boston and Toronto for a minimum of a week a month each and in the office (whichever office they choose) for 3 days a week.
Problem solving is something youll lean on often so this is required.
Experience managing crossfunctional relationships strong communication and presentation skills a datadriven mindset and most of all passion (yes we said it twice but its that critical).

Salary range is expected to be between
$86250.00 CAD $155250.00 CADIf you are applying for this role outside of the primary location please contact for the salary range for your location. The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions geography and relevant jobrelated factors such as knowledge skills qualifications experience and education/training. Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance.
