Dealer Development Specialist
location: central Poland
Duties:
- Support District Sales Managers in dealers development process (identifying development areas creating development strategy implementation and audit)
- Select and implement activities that will further boost DeLaval leadership though selected dealer organization
- Implementation of learning/training platform for dealers
- Development of customer service standards
Requirements:
- Masters degree in agricultural sciences or livestock science: agricultural engineer or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of experience in working with distributors/dealers in agricultural industry
- Very good analytical skills working with KPIs
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Communicative English
- Selfmotivated/starter who takes ownership of the business
- Working through and with people in a cross functional manner must be a good team collaborative worker
- Effective priority management skills ability to prioritize between conflicting demands
- Training capabilities
- Efficient Planner
- Willingness to travel at country level
