Job OverviewThe Manager Machine Learning Engineering will oversee the strategic implementation and operational management of artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) projects. This role involves coordinating multifunctional teams optimizing processes and ensuring that AI/ML models are effectively integrated into business operations. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background excellent leadership skills and a passion for driving innovation through AI and ML technologies. This role has responsibility for hiring termination development performance and salary decisions. The chief contribution of the Manager is their ability to make decisions regarding the short and longterm planning of resources.Job Responsibilities:

Base Pay Range: $155300 $280100Corporate Bonus Target: 15
The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidates actual pay will be based on various factors such as work location qualifications and experience so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
At TMobile employees in regular nontemporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a yearend bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employees eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
