The Opportunity:
Lead the IT Service Desk and engage in exciting IT projects in a dynamic innovation focused organisation embedded within the University of Edinburgh
This post is fulltime 35 hours per week) based in Murchison House Kings Buildings. We are open to considering requests for hybrid working (on a noncontractual basis) that combines a mix of remote and regular oncampus working with the expectation to be in the office 34 days per week.
Your skills and attributes for success:
- Experience in a fastpaced and dynamic IT Support environment
- Customer service oriented with excellent communication skills
- Confident selfstarter
- Works well in a team and individually
