JOB IDENTIFICATION
Job Title: Donor Services Specialist
Department or Location: Donor Services
POSITION SUMMARY
The Donor Services Specialist will report to the Director of Donor Services and is responsible for providing essential support to the Donor Services team by handling routine donor transactions pledge processing and assisting with customer inquiries. As a specialist position this role is focused on executing assigned tasks with some discretion and problemsolving responsibilities.
