SUMMARY
We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager with a strong background in delivering largescale technology programs digital transformation initiatives and SaaS platforms. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of technical expertise leadership skills and a proven ability to deliver impactful solutions across eGovernance and Citizen Services.
This role demands a deep understanding of agile methodologies emerging technologies and a track record of managing diverse stakeholders including CXOs government bodies private organizations and distributed teams.

ABOUT US AI is a nonprofit institute building and deploying applied AI solutions to solve critical issues in public health agriculture education and urban development in underserved communities in the global south. We collaborate with governments social sector organizations academic and research institutions and domain experts to identify realworld problems and develop practical AI solutions to tackle these issues with the aim of making a substantial positive impact.
We have over 30 AI projects supported by leading philanthropies such as Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation USAID and Google. With a team of over 200 professionals our expertise encompasses AI/ML research and innovation software engineering domain knowledge design and user research.

Program Management and Delivery:
Oversee the endtoend delivery of largescale technology initiatives including SaaS platforms eGovernance projects and digital transformation solutions.
Define and manage program goals timelines and resource allocations to ensure ontime highquality delivery.
Implement Agile practices to drive efficiency and continuous improvement in project .
Stakeholder Engagement:
Collaborate with senior government officials private sector leaders and distributed teams to align program goals with stakeholder expectations.
Serve as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders providing actionable insights and ensuring program success.
Technical Leadership:
Leverage cloud platforms and data analytics tools to drive program outcomes.
Guide teams in adopting emerging technologies such as robotic process automation and data engineering.
Ensure adherence to data privacy user security and governance standards.
Product and Solution Innovation:
Lead crossfunctional teams to deliver impactful solutions.
Identify and resolve complex business challenges through innovative approaches and emerging technologies.
Continuously optimize processes and solutions to enhance user satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Team Leadership and Collaboration:
Foster a collaborative environment among distributed teams.
Provide mentorship and guidance to teams ensuring alignment with program objectives and organizational goals.
Metrics and Reporting:
Use data analytics and visualization tools to track program performance identify improvement areas and communicate progress to stakeholders.
Develop dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights and maintain transparency.
REQUIREMENTS
Educational Background:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering Business Administration or a related field.
Experience:
10 years of experience in program management with a focus on largescale technology initiatives.
Proven success in managing digital transformation programs and SaaS platforms across diverse domains.
Technical Skills:
Expertise in Cloud Computing.
Proficiency in Data Analytics tools and SQL.
Experience with Agile tools and enterprise applications.
