ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:
Ensuring the smooth running of our community in a fastpaced environment. Overseeing all operations including maintenance capital improvements lease administration budgeting forecasting reporting collections evictions vacancy anticipation marketing lease renewals service contracts expense control audits etc.
Providing superior customer service and communication to our residents and prospects to enhance customer satisfaction and increase renewals revenue reputation and profitability. Complete lease/renewal paperwork to ensure completion to company standards.
Track and evaluate advertising and all client traffic.
Developing mentoring leading and managing a highperforming cohesive team including leasing customer service maintenance and management personnel in order to maximize their engagement and minimize turnover.
Driving revenues with your thorough understanding and analysis of competition and development of creative marketing programs.
Leading by example. Instilling maintaining and modeling Cushman & Wakefields mission to be the best national management company.
Supervise daytoday operations of the entire onsite team ensuring that all policies and procedures are being followed.
Maintain effective onsite staff through interviewing hiring and coaching team as necessary.
Maintain residents files in accordance with companys standards.
Maintain a positive living environment for community residents through prompt conflict resolution and consistent followup.
Manage and maintain all aspects of overall community budget and finances.
Work with leasing staff to ensure that leasing/marketing goals are being met.
COMPETENCIES:
Effective communication and customer service skills
Computer literate including Microsoft Office Suite and internet navigation skills
General office bookkeeping and sales skills and excellent oral and written communication skills
Determine leasing opportunities of staff and work on goal setting improving the performance of each staff member.
Supervise daytoday operations of team ensuring that all C&W policies and procedures are followed.
Work with leasing staff to ensure that leasing/marketing goals are being met.
Be able to manage a team
Perform any other related duties as or assigned.
IMPORTANT EDUCATION
Bachelors Degree preferred.
Real Estate License preferred.

3 years of Property Management experience

WORK ENVIRONMENT
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers phones photocopiers filing cabinets and fax machines. Regularly required to travel.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
