Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain outstanding relationships with Strykers new and existing customers and drive recurrent sales cycles and continuous growth for our Patient Handling products
Managing capital sales cycles for high value products
Build strategies alongside the Marketing team to increase brand awareness selling capabilities and product performance
Provide consistent and timely reporting of key account activities forecasts and other adhoc reports
Conduct product demonstrations and training for clinical staff
Attending sales training meetings trade shows and other internal and external events to promote and give visibility to the companies products
Meeting annual sales targets in addition to other key performance objectives.
What you need:
Ideally a BA or BSc degree in a Biomedical/Lifesciences or businessbased subject or equivalent experience
Demonstrable success selling Surgical or Medical capital sales equipment is desirable although not essential
A track record of sales success
A valid UK drivers license
Demonstrated ability to build rapport and develop and maintain relationships with a wide range of stakeholders including NHS personnel and private medical staff
Exceptional interpersonal verbal and written communication skills
Strong team player with the ability to work harmoniously with a diverse workforce
Proven ability to attain new business and perform against financial targets
