Your Role
The Asset Protection Manager is a senior executive position managing all aspects of Asset Protection and the credit office in the store. This position is responsible for internal and external shortage fraudulent activity prevention safety compliance and store training on profit protection.
What You Bring
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Impeccable people skills
- Ability to build strong relationships to protect company assets while being an effective team member and business partner
- Knowledge of retail Asset Protection processes
- Experience with managing a team and maintain a budget
- Bachelors degree from a fouryear college or university preferred
