Under the general direction of the Director of Athletics the Graduate Assistant Swimming will assist the head coach in recruiting qualified studentathletes to the program instruct and develop the studentathlete in the sport of swimming meet preparation and community involvement. Instruction should include but not be limited to stroke technique race strategies and the planning and of regular practices training camps and taper practices.

Compensation
The compensation for Athletic Graduate Assistants consists of a $3000 annual stipend a tuition waiver for up to 18 credits per year campus housing and a meal plan. This temporary position is not benefitseligible except for paid Maryland sick leave. Learn more about Hood College.
