Meet the team:
We are on the lookout for a toptier Process Development Engineer 2 who brings a can do attitude and a desire for deep technical expertise in equipment test design statistics and data analysis. As an integral part of our Engineering team you will be instrumental in developing and finetuning manufacturing processes for medical devices ensuring they are robust efficient and fully compliant with regulatory standards. Where you come in:
You execute process development projects from concept feasibility through commercialization and postmarket surveillance adhering to design controls timelines and regulatory strategies.
You help drive continuous improvement of manufacturing processes for new and existing medical devices with emphasis on scalability efficiency and quality.
You will support the design and review of product and process engineering studies.
You will utilize statistical tools and methods to analyze process data conduct capability studies and implement process controls.
You collaborate crossfunctionally with R&D Quality Assurance Regulatory Affairs and Manufacturing teams to ensure seamless transfer of product and processes into high volume production.
You support developing process requirements for equipment qualification and validation ensuring equipment meets performance and regulatory requirements.
You will develop and execute test methods and protocols to validate process performance and product quality.
You develop and execute test plans to identify/characterize product and process limits or operating windows
What makes you successful:
You bring experience in high volume manufacturing processes test methods and data analytics
You are an excellent problem solver that can break down complex technical challenges into resolvable workstreams.
You are able to communicate highly technical information to diverse audiences and stakeholders
You have experience in compliance with regulated industries (medical device preferred)
You challenge the status quo and look for the best solution for the problem
You are knowledgeable in database queries to pull data for analysis in statistical software (i.e. JMP)
You bring experience and knowledge in Six Sigma

Experience and Education Requirements:
Typically requires a Bachelors degree in a technical discipline and a minimum of 25 years related experience or Masters degree and 02 years equivalent experience.
