Job Description

About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and customerobsessed Program Manager to join our RME (Reliability Maintenance and Engineering) department. This role focuses on labor compliance vendor management and employee engagement with a particular emphasis on time attendance and payroll management. The ideal candidate will be a selfstarter capable of driving results longterm strategy and support the INRME Vendor Excellence team.


Key job responsibilities
Attendance and Payroll Management:
oManage attendance through Kent facial recognition system break hour compliance leaves and NFH
oDevelop and implement HR policies related to time office management.
oEnsure all processes adhere to local labor laws and company policies.
Management and Compliance:
oManage the vendor lifecycle including onboarding adherence to VPS (Vendor Performance Scorecard) and determining vendor retention.
oConduct regular vendor audits to ensure labor compliance.
oCollaborate with internal teams to align vendor performance with business objectives.
oImplement strategies to optimize vendor relationships and performance.
Analysis and Reporting:
oBuild reports and analyses utilizing Quick Sight and advanced excel skills.
oCreate and implement dashboards for INRME Vendor Excellence programs.
oTurn data into actionable information for decisionmaking.
Development and Implementation:
oCreate roadmaps for project implementation to enhance employee experience.
oConceptualize and implement new initiatives to improve existing programs.
oDocument standards for projects and standardize Vendor Excellence team initiatives.
oRun meetings with stakeholders and vendor partners to track progress and implement new initiatives.

2 years of program or project management experience

Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology
Experience in MS Access and SQL
Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document
