The Innovation and Impact Manager will support the Associate Director Research Innovation and Reform to grow and develop the work of the team and the Centre through business development activities stakeholder engagement budget resourcing and strategic planning.
The Manager will provide intellectual leadership advancing key strategic aims of the team such as changing systems in partnership with communities and amplifying lived experience through project policy work and advocacy.
The manager will also provide capacity building and support across the team in relation to project design management and delivery as well as contribute to continuous improvement of the Centres operations by identifying and implementing practices that support staff wellbeing and development and increase the Centres impact.
To be successful in this position youll have as a minimum:

The Centre researches teaches and promotes modern and innovative ways of delivering justice both through formal court processes and within and across the broader justice system. The Centres objective is to drive develop and expand the capacity of the justice system to meet and adapt to the needs of its diverse users and to contribute in a positive way to addressing the underlying issues that bring people into contact with the justice system.
