YOU ROLE:
FUNCTIONAL SCOPE:
The ISCO Reporting & Analytics team within Life science (LS) business vertical is responsible for identifying data and empowering business users with actionable insights to improve operational performance and process efficiencies. The skills mix of this team is a blend of an exhaustive knowledge of supply chain concepts data analysis data science and diverse problemsolving capabilities.
The team uses an extensive list of reporting and analytics tools & data lakes including but not limited to AERA Palantir SQL Tableau R Python and BI platforms to work on sparse as well as big datasets and perform advanced analysis on key initiatives and metrics to recommend actions that will increase efficiencies/reduce costs/drive revenue across the supply chain.
The Supply Chain Analyst of the LS ISCO Reporting & Analytics team would support a range of initiatives of the APAC Supply chain organization through analysis process improvements & project management.
SPECIFIC JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Continuously support the APAC supply chain team with data extracts reporting and analysis (S&OP KPI and any other ad hoc requests) dashboard reporting and performance analytics support.
- Use data forecasting models in GRASP Database & SAP APO to develop reports that will drive strategic insights & continuous improvement.
- Develop validate and draw insights from supply chain metrics and underlying data to elevate the need for supply chain capabilities including (but not limited to) demand/supply planning supply delivery reliability inventory optimization supply chain disruption & distribution.
- Perform analytics recommend SKU level opportunities to rightsize inventory holdings to maximize working capital investment and maintain service level targets.
- Help to drive the greater adoption of Palantir within the APAC Organization
- Plan and execute data mining data integration trend analysis report development and custom analytics to create solutions and align with organizational strategies.
- Develop and maintain scalable metrics/dashboards and scorecards to support the decisionmaking process and provide solid documentation for APAC Supply chain through intuitive interactive reporting in AERA / Tableau / Qliksense

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: BS in Business Analytics Supply chain Operations Industrial Engineering or any related field. MBA and CPIM is a plus
Experience: 58 years of Proven Reporting & Analytics Experience. Work experience in Pharma Life Science or Chemicals vertical Desirable
ESSENTIAL TECHNICAL SKILLS:
- 5 years of work experience Advanced SQL and relational databases or Power BI including Power Queries
- 3 years of work experience with data visualization tools using Tableau/Qliksense
- 5 years of work experience with Advanced Excel VBA
- Proficiency with SAP & SAPAPO
- High familiarity with statistical algorithms and strong exposure to Python or R in previous work assignments.
