Job Description
- Supervise and manage janitorial teams ensuring quality standards.
- Train schedule and recruit staff as needed.
- Maintain strong client relationships and address concerns.
- Conduct regular inspections and resolve any issues.
- Ensure employee compliance with company policies.
- Handle walkthroughs and estimates with prospective clients.
- Manage scheduling minimize overtime and oversee profitability.
- Be available for emergency situations including evenings and weekends.
- 3 years of experience managing 50 janitorial staff in commercial buildings.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
- Safe driving record and ability to work independently.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning chemicals floor care and janitorial equipment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple teams and locations effectively.
- Techsavvy (email spreadsheets software applications).
