What Youll Be Doing
- Achieving sales success hitting and exceeding revenue and profit targets.
- Engaging with customers providing expert advice technical support and topnotch service.

About You
- A strong sales track record with a proven ability to generate leads close deals and grow revenue in a B2B or industrial sales environment.
- Business acumen; experience in strategic planning account management and understanding financial metrics.
- Industry knowledge; ideally you will have experience in hydraulics manufacturing or a related industrial field.
- Leadership & mentorship skills; to help with developing team sales knowledge.
- Relationship builder with the ability to develop and nurture client/distributor relationships as well as maintain key accounts.
- Selfmotivated and results driven; you will thrive on hitting targets and growing market share.
- Processoriented; able to implement structured sales strategies CRM use and reporting to improve efficiency.
