DescriptionDNV Energy Systems is seeking an Opportunity Coordinator will provide critical support to Bid and Opportunity managers and line managers on new opportunities especially incoming requests for proposals (RFP). The RFPs RFQs and RFIs are solicitations for projects to support clients with technical advisory consulting research and thought leadership on clean energy technologies and services (i.e. building decarbonization energy efficient equipment electrification (fuel switching smart buildings distributed energy systems electric vehicle preparation) and distributed energy systems. This is a new role supporting change management from a large group to a smaller group handling incoming opportunities and change management toward documenting bid/nobid decisions in Salesforce.
This role is based at our DNV office in Medford MA (other DNV office locations in the United States will be considered) presenting a dynamic hybrid schedule where employees will typically spend three 3 days per week working from either aDNV office or client location/site. Further details regarding rolespecific requirements will be shared during the interview process.
What Youll Do
- Conduct daily evaluation of opportunities including locating the appropriate login credentials to access and review potential distributions.
- Maintain uptodate login credentials (usernames/passwords) on the Excel Sheet and troubleshoot any access issues work with outside vendors when needed.
- Maintenance of all client portal accounts including setting up new accounts and revising existing portal accounts (i.e. keyword updates legal entity name changes contact information form uploads etc.
- Support change management and adoption of Salesforce as the primary knowledge management tool for incoming opportunities including RFPs RFQs and RFIs.
- Upon accessing the portal identify relevant opportunities using the keyword list and add them to SharePoint (current process) and Salesforce (new process).
- Distribute appropriate links with relevant details and files to bid review team members according to our distribution lists.
- Organize messages using a colorcoded chart to show actions taken and initial each message that has been addressed.
- Keep tracker (SharePoint / Salesforce) entries current with final bid decisions staffing updates won/lost statuses and award/nonaward dates.
- Ensure the coverage calendar is updated with PTO and make requests for shift changes or coverage needs.
- Work with Proposal managers and coordinators to maintain and update Desktop Procedures and training materials; especially changes to migrate from SharePoint to Salesforce.
- Support distribution of weekly opportunity reports and monthly won/loss reports.
- Support documentation of customer feedback on opportunities that DNV bids whether they are won or lost.
- Work closely with Project coordinators and Project managers on opportunities that will be converted to Projects in Teamcenter

What is Preferred
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent in Business Accounting Sustainability or related discipline
- Advanced Salesforce skills
- Prior experience in a project coordination or similar role in a highvolume timesensitive environment.
- Prior experience or interest in energy efficiency clean energy greenhouse gas/embodied carbon accounting or lifecycle assessment.
- Willingness to take initiative to identify opportunities for operational efficiency.
- Familiarity with database systems for data management.
