Job Description

  • HACCP
  • Monitors food quality consistency and presentation to ensure it meets high standards and adheres to product specifications including proper rotation labelling and storage of goods.

  • Oversees kitchen operations manages yield testing and ensures efficient use of ingredients while controlling portion sizes requisitions and waste to align with standard operating procedures.

  • Ensures hygiene and cleanliness standards are met in the kitchen including proper storage of perishable items sanitization of equipment and adherence to national and HACCP guidelines.

  • Supervises and mentors kitchen colleagues provides clear instructions evaluates performance and coordinates with other departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.

  • Builds guest loyalty by exceeding expectations obtaining feedback to improve the dining experience and fostering longterm relationships with local and regular patrons.

  • Upholds Accor values of guest passion trust innovation and respect while contributing to team development and driving the success of the culinary operations.

 


Qualifications :

  • 4

 

  • Professional Certificate in a Culinaryrelated field or equivalent.
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in the Food & Beverage industry (hotel and free standing restaurant) in similar position preferably in a reputable establishment.
  • Proficient in written and conversational English and an additional language will be an advantage.
  • Prior work experience in Asia or abroad preferred.
  • Accustomed to and comfortable with media exposure.
  • Detailed knowledge of culinary cuisine.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with all levels of colleagues.
  • Extroverted and team player.
  • Service oriented with an eye for details passion and innovative.
  • Multicultural awareness and able to work and thrive within a culturally diverse environment.
  • Flexible and able to embrace and respond to change effectively and swiftly.
  • Ability to work independently and has good initiative in dynamic environment.
  • Selfmotivated and energetic.
  • Leads to constantly improve the guest and colleague service experience.
  • Leadership skills required collaborative enabling and entrepreneurial.
  • Demonstrates sophistication humbleness personality charisma confidence professional etiquette and competencies.
  • Builds strong rapport and coordinated approach for restaurant with the Restaurant Manager.
