SAP expert with multimodule knowledge to lead S4 Hana rollout team.
Minimum domain(functional) experience of more than 5 years.
Main responsabilities:
Team and resource career development.
Responsible for Hiring process (Talent Hub / Potential Interviews / Onboarding new Associates).
Goals Planning. Workshop Deployment and Goals Setting for associates.
Ensuring the quality and integrity of technical deliverables.
Providing technical mentorship coaching and support to team members.
Supports in strategy definition topics
Involvement in project deliverables.
Handling billing cost and budget for projects.
Qualifications :
Leadership experience
Excellent communication and good customer approach.
Excellent English Level
Experience managing teams.
Analytical problemsolving and troubleshooting skills
Desired SAP certifications.
Additional skills
Knowledge of ITIL principles and methodologies
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
Experience with SAP S4 HANA.
Experience with SAP Fiori.
